Owner and Founder of Risman Partners, Arezoo is an award-winning executive leader with 17+ years of federal experience turning complex challenges into clear strategies, modern solutions, and measurable results.

Her career has been built at the intersection of strategy, technology, data, and transformation—leading high-visibility initiatives within one of the world’s most respected public health agencies. My experience includes directing more than $200M in operations and $37M in active contracts, while supporting a $1.5B acquisition designed to align national public health priorities with modern technology and infrastructure.

She is known for bringing structure to complexity. Whether advancing enterprise transformation, modernizing data and technology, strengthening governance, or aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared objective, I combine big-picture thinking with the ability to move strategy into execution.

A graduate of Emory University, Arezoo holds her Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Public Health. Her leadership spans global partnerships across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with multilingual fluency in English, Persian, and French.
